there is another way i found where i can choose those hilts at character creation, however it replaced the RGB blade color with just the red blade. they way they are SUPPOSED to be installed with Jedi Academy, if im playing JA Enhanced the hilts added are not available at character creation.

the movie sabers mod) i have yet to determine if they are able to be compatible. Spankis Jedi and Sith races) do seem to work still, except on the Hoth level where i look like im wearing a chrome cloak and have no face even though my character has no cloak. This mod may be incompatible with other mods you have, all the mods i had that changed or added to the options for the base "human male" race seem to not work with it, although mods that add races (eg. Rename the "ja_" file in your GameData folder to "jasp.exe rename the file "jasp.exe" in your "GameData" folder (not from the mod, this is the file that runs the base single player game) to somethinging else, if your forgetful like me rename it something where youl know what it was originally called in case you have to, or choose to play the base game instead (beacuse you will have to undo the renaming of files). ***these files and folder DO NOT go into the "base" folder like almost every installation manual ive ever seen says, i believe the installation guides were written specifically for non Steam users and thus why Steam users commonly have trouble getting this mod to work right.ģ.
assuming you are using windows (if you are using mac its basically the same process, just with different files, although it should say which ones on whatever site you downloaded it from) you copy the folder "jaenhanced" (which is inside the "JAEnhancedv1" folder you get from unpacking the download) and the files "ja_", "rdcustomsp-vanilla_x86.dll", "rdsp-rendsaurus_x86.dll" and SDL2.dll" into your "GameData" folder (steamapps/common/Jedi Academy/GameData). in the local disc, documents, or downloads directorys) i put it in a new folder which i use to put all my Jedi Academy mod downloads in.Ģ. put that folder somewhere you can easily find it (eg. when you unzip the download (i extracted it with 7zip) you get a folder called "JAEnhancedv1". My apologies if youve got most of this down already, i dont know where you are in the process and i figured it would be easiest to just explain the whole thing in case there are miscommunications.ġ.
